We offer the ability to choose what countertop material and color you want with your bathroom vanity. We have many preset options to choose from and all these custom options are ready to ship with your vanity.
James Martin Bathroom Vanity Care
James Martin seals and finishes their vanities and backsplashes but care/maintenance is important.
-Avoid the use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleansers, scouring pads and the like as they can remove the finish leaving your vanity exposed to the elements of your bathroom, i.e. humidity, sun exposure, etc.
-For dusting use a soft treated cloth or a feather or lamb’s wool duster.
-For further cleaning you can use warm water with a mild dish soap.
-Do not soak the wood but gently wipe using a soft cloth.
-Once clean wipe off any residual moisture with a damp cloth.

Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received.
*1-2 business days - to fulfill your order (if all items are in-stock or you will be notified via email if they are not)
*+1-2 business days - to get tracking information. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email. Your order will have shipped & be in transit by the time you get a shipping confirmation
*+5-10 business days - to be delivered (3-7 business days if shipping UPS ground)
*The shipping carrier service will call ahead of time to schedule your curbside delivery, signature is required
*48 hours - from time of delivery to fully unpack & inspect your order. If your items are damaged we need to be contacted HERE asap within the 48 hours, otherwise manufacturer will not accept a return.
*14 days - If item is undamaged, to return your order, please read our full return policy

Shipping & Returns
It typically takes less than 3 weeks for your order to be delivered
* 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled
* 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered
-Ship time is dependent on your destination location.
- Orders are shipped from a warehouse located in either Perris, California or Savannah, Georgia.
-Once your order is prepared and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
-Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service team will notify you via email.
-During peak holiday times, delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.
-Smaller item orders are delivered via UPS
-Larger item orders are delivered curbside and will need to be signed for delivery
-We do not offer White Glove Delivery services at this time
-We do not ship internationally at this time
You have 14 days from time of delivery to return your items; undamaged & sealed in original packaging. The shipping carrier will schedule a pick-up day/time.

Please note: all damages must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours after time of your delivery! Please fully unpack & double check your items as the manufacturer will not accept a damage return after 48 hours. We will require photos of the damage.
