- We work diligently to ensure complete accuracy in our product descriptions, however, we do not guarantee product descriptions and site content is error free.
- Should a product be listed with incorrect information, a typographical error, incorrect price or incorrect information or price due to an error from information received from our distributors or manufacturers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at incorrect pricing.
- Variances can occur between website images and actual products, as some products are constructed using natural materials (including marble, granite, wood, natural finishes etc.)
- Colors can vary due to personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences, printing variations, etc.
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all items come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Any manufacturing defect claim should be filed directly with the manufacturer along with sales receipt. Clearance items, such as those found in our sale section, do not come with a product warranty.
Due to the global shipping crisis we are experiencing longer than usual shipping times and an increase in "out-of-stock" products.
While we do our best to keep our stock dates current on our website, it is not uncommon for a product's "Estimated Ship Date" to change multiple times. If you are on a tight schedule please feel free to reach out to our customer service team to get more information on a products stock availability before purchasing.
It is an unfortunate situation and we are doing our best to navigate through it. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
- All returns must be submitted in writing.
- All orders are subject to a 14 day return policy, from the time your order is delivered. You must contact us within the 14 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- After receiving your product and you are unhappy with it due to style, color, or it didn't meet your expectations, we will provide you with a refund (minus round trip freight shipping charges)
- When electing to return an item (not due to damage), round trip freight shipping charges include outgoing and inbound shipping costs, including promotionally reduced items and/or items with free shipping
- Item must be in new condition, unused, unassembled, and securely packaged inside its original packaging. If returned item is not in original condition or has been modified in any way, additional fees will apply and will be deducted from your credit.
- All returns must be pre-approved by us before receiving a refund.
- Shipping and/or handling charges will not be credited, unless the return or exchange is the result of an error on our part
- Clearance items, such as those found in our sale section, are not returnable.
- Refund will be processed once the returned item is received in good condition at our warehouse. Refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. We are not responsible for how long it takes to be credited back.
- All cancelations must be submitted in writing before shipment.
- Orders can only be canceled BEFORE they ship with the vendor. Once your shipment is en route it can no longer be canceled. Please note; items will ship before a shipping confirmation notification is sent and you may not be able to cancel your order.
- If you refuse an order upon delivery, it will fall under our standard 14 day return policy, which is subject to a deduction of roundtrip freight shipping fees from your refund.
- You must receive a written confirmation from us acknowledging cancelation for your canceled order to be valid.
- We have the right to cancel an order due to items being oversold or for any reason of our choosing. If we choose to cancel an order you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.
Shipping And Delivery
- All orders are delivered curbside.
- We hold no responsibility for damage to the home by the home delivery company. In such case, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
- Although we make every attempt to deliver your furniture correctly and on-time, accidents and delays do sometimes happen. Please note we do not hold any financial responsibility nor will we compensate for unexpected time delays or home improvement coordination (scheduled plumbers, contractors, etc.).
- It is recommended that you schedule such professionals after receiving and inspecting your new furniture. Should an unexpected error occur on our part, we will work with you to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Merchandise Damaged or Defective upon Receipt
- All damage claims must be submitted in writing no more than 48 hours after delivery.
- We do our best to ensure that all items are packaged and shipped safely. We don't anticipate any issues but accidents can happen.
- All damaged items or defect claims MUST be filed, with photos, within 48 hours upon receipt of delivery.

- If you are awaiting completion of a home improvement project, DO NOT WAIT to check your order, as we will not be able to assist you after the 48 hour window.
- If you do not contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding damage or missing parts & pieces, any repairs or replacement parts will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace any piece of furniture. Many damages may be easily repaired to showroom quality. If we choose to repair an item we will send you all the necessary parts to do so. If we choose to replace an item, no refunds will be given to remedy the situation as you will be receiving a replacement item.
- Shipping damages are determined by the condition of the box upon delivery
- Manufacturer Defects, which may be the responsibility of the manufacturer; are determined by poor craftsmanship, damages concealed within good packaging, inadequate packaging, etc.
- To help better our company, our Customer Service representatives will ask for your feedback relating to these possible conditions of damage from shipping or manufacturer defects.
Parts Missing or Damaged upon Receipt
- Should product parts be damaged or missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement parts
- We will take every effort to assist you in obtaining the necessary replacements as quickly as possible, and at no extra cost to you.
- In cases where common parts are missing or need replacement, it is likely we can quickly obtain a part in order to complete your item.
- However, due to our wide selection of furniture, it is impossible to keep all parts and items in stock all the time. There are times replacements must be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Many furniture manufacturers are located overseas, resulting in a normal lead time of 4-6 weeks.
